Nationwide by Courier.
All orders are placed directly through WhatsApp — there's no online checkout on this site. Once you message us, we'll confirm your order and arrange delivery based on where you are in Botswana.
Inside Gaborone
- ✓Free delivery on every order — no minimum spend required.
- ✓Cash on Delivery (COD) accepted — pay when your order arrives.
Outside Gaborone
- ✓Delivered nationwide via SPRINT Courier.
- ✓Courier fee from P50 — the exact fee depends on the product and will be confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
How Ordering Works
This website is a product showcase — there is no online cart or checkout. Browse our products, then message us on WhatsApp with the product you're interested in. We'll confirm availability, pricing, and delivery details with you directly before your order is finalized.
Inside Gaborone
Delivery within Gaborone is free on every order. You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) when your order arrives — no upfront payment required.
Outside Gaborone
For deliveries outside Gaborone, we use SPRINT Courier to reach you anywhere in Botswana. The courier fee starts at P50 and can be slightly higher depending on the size and weight of the product — we'll confirm the exact fee with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.
Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, we process and dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days. We'll keep you updated on delivery timing directly through WhatsApp — there's no separate order-tracking portal.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp with photos as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution.
